All properties are east-facing and have morning sun. The ground floor gardens have south facing gardens that get the sun and the penthouses have roof solariums that have sun all day.

The expected completion is in September 2024. You can choose between different kitchen and bathroom types and there is also the option to choose some other styles at extra cost. All properties have a parking space included and the villas have two spaces.
