Fantastic new build villa close to beach, town and golf. Really thought out layout, very high standard and pretty much everything is included in the price. Cheap to run and no community fee. The little resort (22 villas) is located in a relatively new area on the outskirts of Los Alcazares. However, there are both restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Los Alcazares old town and beaches are only 15 min walk from the villa. It is also very close to La Serena Golf - only 10-15 min walk to the clubhouse. A brief summary of whats included: - Swimming pool - 10.5 m2 - Kitchen with all appliances - Outdoor kitchen (sink - prepared for washing machine) - Ducted air con., 2 systems, one for each floor. - Garage - One bathroom with en-suite bath - Both bedrooms on the upper floor have terraces - Downstairs bedroom has double glass doors to rear terrace. - One terrace (solarium) on the first floor is 25 m2 and comes with a triangular sail - There is a video system to control access to the house. - Both bathrooms are fully equipped - All outdoor lights are included even low energy LED. - Option for a solarium on the roof - Euro 12,000 From the front of the house there are two entrances, a door and gate to the driveway leading to the garage, both can be controlled from inside the house. When you enter the grounds there is the private pool as well as plenty of space for sun beds etc. The large driveway to the garage can also be used for other purposes than just parking cars. Front door leads you into a small entrance hall with access to the first floor, on one side to the bedroom and bathroom and in the opposite direction it is open in to the living room (32 m2) with open kitchen. The kitchen comes with everything with all appliances. The room is very bright and has a nice large glass partition/doors to the garden. The bathroom is nice and big with walk-in shower. The building is located, as mentioned, on the outskirts of Los Alcazares, It is only 15 min walk to Old Town Los Alcazares with it restaurants, bars, beaches and lovely 5-6 km long boardwalk to the other end of the town. Los Alcazares has a 7 km of beaches. As the town is still very much Spanish there is an absolutely fantastic atmosphere - an evening walk on the promenade is highly recommended. There is a fantastic view of the Mar Menor to La Manga. In Los Alcazares there is a large selection of all kinds of restaurants, and since the area is still very Spanish, the prices are extremely reasonable. There is a large selection of shops, shopping centers, cinema, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Mar Menor, Europe's largest saltwater lake, offers fantastic opportunities to do all kind of water sports. The water in the Mar Menor has a high salt content and water temperature is also higher than in the Mediterranean sea. The area is described, in several places, as one of the healthiest in the world due to the iodine content in the air.
