Tauro has a new beach a 15 min. walk from our villas and about 2 km is the white sand beach and tourist centre of Playa de Amadores offering water sports, diving, shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy.

For the golfers the resort of Anfi Tauro Golf is nearby this house. Boasting an 18 hole, par 72, championship course as well as a 9 hole, par 3 course and driving range, this really is a golfers paradise and is one of the 10 best in the world and has a lovely situation on several levels, with a view to the sea.

In Tauro and the neighbouring valley of Playa del Cura are new projects already approved to build a marina at Tauro with an independent beach, shopping centre and new marina for around 300 boats in different sizes.

Arguineguin (Guanche for "quiet water"), also Arguineguin is one of the most populated towns along the south coast of Gran Canaria, Spain. A typical Canarian fishing village, it is home to many locals rather than being a tourist resort. It is part of the municipality of Mogan and is located southwest of Las Palmas.

There are several bars and restaurants, the latter specialising in fresh fish caught the same day. Tuesday is market day (the largest on the island). Arguineguin features a beach and a port. Tourism is not as popular in Arguineguin as in the larger places as Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles.
