The accommodation at the nine floors Montebello complex comprises 44 studios and 70 one bedroom apartments, each having a private bathroom and shower, a kitchenette, a lounge with sofa bed and a balcony or terrace. Each apartment is equipped with pay to view television, a telephone and a rental safety deposit box.
The facilities at the apartments include a restaurant, a poolside bar serving snacks, a swimming pool (heated in winter) surrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols, a self service laundry and a mini market. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the resort centre.
This property is built on land classified for tourist use, forming part of a tourist establishment run by a hotel operator.
