Casa Rural Carles is a superb Casa Rural, located on the outskirts of a small village, around which are extensive citrus groves that lead up to dramatic mountains. importantly, the fabulous Blue Flagged beaches of Gandia are only a few minutes away by car or a 10 minute bicycle ride, across the lovely marjal which borders the beaches. Around the village are lots of walks that lead into lovely countryside and, if you are adventurous, up into the mountains! So, this is a wonderful place to be if you like walking, cycling, mountain biking, rock climbing (there are some great crags nearby), the tranquility of the countryside - or if you just want to be close to some of the finest beaches in the Mediterranean.
The Casa Rural has four accommodations - all in impeccable order and all with different and wonderful designs. indeed, every apartment is unique and each has a wonderful, friendly and intimate ambiance. The attention to detail is extraordinary and it would be hard not to be enchanted, if you stayed here.
Surrounding the apartments is a very beautiful and lush, completely enclosed courtyard. This is full of flowering plants and has a magnificent and very old olive tree as a focal point. Balmy evenings spent here would delight even the hard-hearted!
The Casa Rural accommodation comprises four separate and independent apartments, each of which has its own kitchen and reception room, bathroom and, of course bedroom(s). So, each apartment is independent. Meanwhile, there is a large reception area, which also acts as a laundry and store room.
Casa Rural Carles is successful, so much so that the current owner only opens during the three months of summer. Obviously, you could open for longer, depending upon how you wish to run the Casa Rural. Equally, the owner lives in one of the apartments rather than renting it out. The owner has details of the finances of the business and these he can provide, if you meet him.
